FREE 1st Class Postage on orders over £40 (UK customers only) All prices are inclusive of VAT . For orders under £25 postage is £3.50. For orders over £10 they will be send recorded delivery. Please ensure you will be available to sign for items. We are not able to ship abroad at this time. ReturnsIn accordance with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations (2000) you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. If the item has not yet been dispatched we will provide a full refund.
Non faulty itemsIf on receipt of an item you decide you wish to return it, please contact us within 7 days, and return it within 14 days. You will need to cover the cost of the postage of the item to us. On receipt of the return, if undamaged and in its original packaging, we will refund the full cost of the item minus the original cost (even if you have qualified for free postage, the actual amount the post office charge is not free.) to send it out to you. It will not be possible to issue a refund if an item arrives back to me damaged as a result of original packaging not being used.

Faulty items
Care is taken to check that items are in excellent condition before being sent out, and I always try to package items to a high standard, ensuring they arrive in the same condition.
However, if an item is faulty or damaged, please photograph the item and email it to us .If you wish to return the item, please contact us within 7 days and return the item in its original packaging to the return address on the packaging. Once the item is received back, the item will be inspected to see if it is agreed that the item is faulty or damaged. If it is, a replacement item will be sent out to you. Alternatively, a full refund including the costs of sending the original item to you will be given, as well as reasonable costs of returning that item, (i.e. by the same means as it was sent out) will be refunded.
If you decide to send back a whole order where only part of the order is faulty or damaged, the cost to return the additional items is at the customer’s expense, not Tranquil Transformations. As set out in the above section under non-faulty goods, these items can be refunded, but minus the cost of originally sending them out to the customer. For example, if the postage amount to send an order was £2.75, the amount refunded would be minus £2.75. This may be waivered however, if the cost of the part of the order which was faulty or damaged would have cost for example £2 to return on its own. Then you will not be charged, nor refunded for the difference.

Return Post
Please send items back in original packaging and via the same service that it was sent out. This will be usually be 2nd class or 2nd class recorded. Please obtain proof of postage from the post office. If you choose to return damaged items via a special delivery service (usually just over double the cost of recorded), this will not be refunded.
