Universal Contour Wrap FAQs
Q: Is the inch loss really guaranteed?
A: Yes! With Universal Contour Wrap you’re guaranteed to lose at least 6 inches after just one treatment or you pay nothing. Furthermore the inches are guaranteed to stay off for 30 days or you are entitled to be wrapped again absolutely free, so you really have nothing to lose, except for the inches of course.
Q: How much will I lose?
A: The number of inches lost varies from person to person. You are guaranteed to lose at least 6 inches from the first treatment but average losses are 10-14 inches. To achieve maximum inch loss a course of three treatments is recommended where you can lose around 20-25 inches so it’s not uncommon to drop a complete dress size.

Q: I've just had a baby, will Universal Contour Wrap work for me?
A: As long as you wait at least six weeks after a normal delivery and take your doctor's advice after a Caesarean, Universal Contour Wrap is perfectly safe and is excellent for firming up the stomach and bust areas and softening stretch marks after pregnancy.

Q: Will I put the inches on as soon as I drink water?
A: No. Unlike other inch loss treatments, UCW doesn’t rely on dehydration to achieve its remarkable inch loss. In fact you’re encouraged to drink plenty of water after your treatment to continue the detox process and help you lose further inches after you’ve left the salon.

Q: Will I lose weight with Universal Contour Wrap?
A: As toxins rather than fat are removed during the treatment process, any weight loss will be negligible. Universal Contour Wrap is the guaranteed inch loss treatment that shapes and tones your body so although you don’t lose weight you can still drop a complete dress size, in just 2 hours.

Q: How many wraps can I have?
A: To achieve maximum inch loss a course of three treatments is recommended, but as long as each UCW treatment is taken at least 7-10 days apart to allow the special clay formula and bandages to take full effect there is no limit on how many times you can be wrapped. Because the results are so amazing Universal Contour Wrap will soon become part of your regular health and beauty routine, keeping you in the shape you deserve.

Q: I'm very conscious of my size and weight. Will I still see results?
A: Absolutely!!!! Universal Contour Wrap is fantastic for any body shape and size. Please do not feel self conscious. It is our aim that you leave feeling great! Most larger clients feel more comfortable wearing their own underwear rather than paper knickers. If so, you would need to bring a change of underwear/ swim wear with you to your appointment (your underwear/ swim wear will become very damp in the wrap). Measurements are taken at the beginning of the treatment which takes 10/15 minutes. If you feel uncomfortable having your measurements taken, just mention this at the time of booking. However, if you do not have your before and after measurements taken then you will not know how many inches you have lost, hence we cannot prove the guarantee to you. Be aware that you will need to have your measurements taken and be wrapped standing up. In total it will take approx 30 mins. Then you will relax for 1 hour whilst the toxins are drawn out of your body. At the end, you will be unwrapped and re- measured. Generally, the more body fat we have, the harder toxins are to break down, so you may lose more inches on subsequent wraps. We can recommend a course to suit you.

Q: What do I wear whilst being wrapped?
A: Often clients feel more comfortable bringing their own swimwear, or underwear for the wrap. This will become damp during your treatment and so you will need a dry set of underwear also. Alternatively, paper knickers are available. For best results on lifting and tightening the bust area (for women), you should remove your bra for the wrap. However, it is no problem at all to be wrapped over your bra, as long as you bring a spare one. When you have been wrapped up in your bandages, you will have a silver suit to wear which insulates you whilst relaxing in your wrap.

Q: Will I just lose inches because I’m sweating?
A: No. The inch loss you’ll experience with Universal Contour Wrap is a result of the clay formula and special wrapping techniques used during the treatment. Warm clay and bandages are used in the wrapping process to make the application soothing and create the ideal effective temperature for the clay to work but not to induce sweating and dehydrating, unlike other wrap treatments.
